this product worked for about a week and the extra battery charger stopped working.wont buy another one.
The second is you have to swing the USB port cover to the side when you put the phone in the charger. Two things that could keep you away. For the money, it's fine. It can get awkward and a little annoying. The first is the power supply emits a high, annoying tone. It's not real loud, but in a quiet room - like a bedroom at night - it might drive you crazy. That said, the battery it comes with is great, the cradle charges and is a safe and handy place to keep the phone. Just put it in your kitchen.
It is a great docking cradel, for the best price you can get. I bought, first, one for my house and few days later I bought one more for my office.It best I could get.
The cradle has a pretty bright led light and its very noticeable in a dark room. Four stars so far only because I haven't had an opportunity to try the replacement battery yet. That may be a problem for some if the charger is in a bedroom. The cradle is great and I don't know how I made it this long without it. I'll probably order another one for work because the price is great. For me its a pretty cool nightlight. All in all I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
This component has changed my life. :o)Due high battery consume of HTC, I use to travel a lot and I use to have issues with that. However, using the docking I can charge both, my cellphone and a backup battery.It's a high value add to me.
